Bradford and Bingley are sinking as more of their customers struggle with mortgage repayment problems and default on their loans.
The group say that they won't experience the same level of problems as Northern Rock but recognise they need to take action to turn things around.
Unfortunately though, the mortgage providers have seen a huge drop in their share prices as well as dwindling profits and a reduced market share.
