The Britannia Building Society have three options when it comes to 2 year tracker mortgages for the buy-to-let market.
All three of the group's deals have an APR for comparison of 7.1%. However, consumers have the choice of paying a higher arrangement fee for lower interest rates or vice versa.
The cheapest deal in terms of interest tracks the base rate plus 0.75% but comes with an arrangement fee of £999.
If consumers don't want to pay an arrangement fee they can have a 2 year tracker mortgage that offers 1.25% above the base rate for the first two years of the agreement.
