Despite many brokers and other mortgage experts saying otherwise, it seems that many buy-to-let landlords will be able to weather the storm of the current economic climate.
The UK property marker is has struggled over the previous months and many predict that this hardship will continue in the immediate future, with mortgage providers lending less and less and taking deals off the shelves.
However, one expert from Mortgages.co.uk commented, "Property experts have reminded consumers that buy to let is not a flash in the pan. There will always be a requirement for rental properties, and landlords with equity should be able to ride the current situation out, one expert was quotes as saying."
