The Co-operative Bank have decided to waive the fees on their fixed rate deals making their mortgages even more competetive.
The groups two and five year fixed rate mortgages now don't have application fees attached and with an APR of 5.79 and 5.89 per cent respectively, are bound to gain significant popularity.
John Barket, head of mortgages for the group commented, "These changes make our fixed-rate range even more competitive against other fee-free deals in the market and we expect that there will be a high level of demand."
