The offers apply to their 2 year fixed rate mortgages and you can get interest as low as 4.89% with an arrangement fee of £995. This deal applies to a loan of less than £250,000.
For more expensive properties you can expect interest to be between 5.09% and 5.29% but with the same low arrangement fees on offer.
The group are also offering the deals to their existing customers and free valuations and legal services on top. Who says providers don't look after their own customers?
